A customer satisfaction survey was carried out in November 2009, primarily to gauge the customers' opinions on the Local Authority's new communication methods. All customers were contacted within two days, giving instant online results. The customers could also leave a voice message giving their opinions, which can be played online by the LA. Curved Air provide the LA with information at any point they desire.
