Homebuy wanted a new, innovative way of contacting their customers whom are reaching their 6 month anniversary as a Homebuy Customer. At this point Homebuy customers are offered access to the full product catalogue as well as a loan facility.
As an organisation that distinguishes itself from its competitors through 1st class service, support and peace of mind, Homebuy wanted to step away from the traditional direct mail methods they had been using, to ensure they met the expectations and service levels of their customers.
In order to reach the right customers at the right time, Curved Air Global designed a promotional text and IVR campaign with a simple call to action via their mobile or land line telephone.
Curved Air Global implemented a monthly campaign that contacts customers approaching their 6 month anniversary by text or IVR informing them that the full product catalogue and loan facility are now available, inviting them to text back or press 1 for more information.
With full management information to support the campaign, each broadcast could be monitored and the correct customers targeted the right way at the right time.
Homebuy, as per the last campaign, received a 20%+ response to both the SMS and IVR campaigns. Their customers have been delighted with the immediacy of the notifications and the ongoing service for the new products.
