IVR System The Curved Air Global Interactive Voice Response Service(IVR) enables you to offer Automated Voice Telephony services, including both live and recorded interactive voice services, to the consumer and business markets.

The Curved Air Global IVR Service provides our partners with the ability to automate data capture processes for their clients or internal use, reducing the need for call centre operatives. This can be achieved by pointing Non-Geographic Numbers (Local Rate, National Rate and Free-phone numbers) at the IVR System.
